Hey guys, you know I like the Freedom Newspaper, it is my "Bible". They always check and re-check their facts to make sure it is nothing but the truth and the whole truth...
Did anyone stumbled on this report anywhere else?

btw the story of the sudden death of the lady sentenced to death penalty was also only published in the Freedom, or am I wrong ?

Okay guys this is getting very urgly. What has gotten into Yankuba Touray's head? I know in the U.S. it is very dangerous to mess with a legally married wife (or husband) of someone else. You could be sued for "alienation of affection" resulting in serious monetary damages. Furthermore, any marriage constructed on another marriage is void legally. Therefore, if this story is true, yank's marriage is not only legally voidable, but it could also land him in a civil court for "alienation of spousal affection" and pay huge amounts of money to the aggrieved husband.
I do not think, however, that the aggrieved husband can get the gift of D70,000 and the car from the wife; in the context of the U.S. the "Heart Balm Statute" (and others) in many states will prevent that. Does anyone know the Gambia's position on these issues?
The political consequences for Yank's is quite unpredictable, but my guess is that it will not seriously affect him for two reasons. One, he is not an elected official but a nominated official, therefore public opinion matters less to him; and two, jammeh owes a lot of his electoral success to Yanks, therefore he appears indispensable to the APRC campaign and so Jammeh is not likely to relief him of his post.

amin what is a moro doing snaching other people's wife's? what has happen to the Gambia? yanks should be tried by the Caddi Saho. he has done what is considered a grate sin in islam. if he has sleep with the woman and the story is actually true, sleeping with ones neigbour's wife is one great sin, so serious, islam considered it among the major sins. and something that is very distatesful. yanks, i am ashame of you.

I have to admit the chic is hot though, but yanks should have some decency befitting of his office atleast not to "put asunder what God has put together"...
This is outrageously shameful...

Sahaka

I dontknow what kay is up to these days. Is the ramadan getting into his head?

Kay
I find it amusing for someone to eb tried for "alianation of affection". What legal junk is that. It takes two to tango. No one alienats any one. If your madam likes, then she will not leave you. The fact that she became "alianated", says volume.

I think he's best rid of her. Why on earth would he want to stay married to a woman, which is claimed to be a 'gold digger!!!' only marrying for money and obviously does not love or respect him what does he hope to achieve?

He needs to stop the public mud slinging (hes making a fool of himself) and move on with his life away from these back stabbers they deserve each other.

Kay! I'm surprised.........
She's not hot, she's not even just ugly - she is the personification of greed, it's all over her face (and her hair is probably fake). Yuk!

One advice Kay, never give your back to your newly married partner even when posing for pictures. Its too early on a wedding day to pose like that. Psycologicaly it marks the beginning of the idea of distance.

Look into each others faces until you are able to count every hair strand and memorise every contour on each others face.

These faces seem familiar. I may have bumped into them around Westfield. hmmmmmmmmmmmm
