Bro Alhassan,
with you, something is always wrong with figures, but you can't or will never provide us with comparing figures or the correct figures, as you make it seem. Don't stop at saying it is wrong, provide comparison, and reference.
i leave you hanging again. |

toubab1020, the exchange rate today is as follows 1.00 GBP = 42.3108 GMD I have no reason in posting someting inaccuratebecause there is nothing to gain. The rate depends too on weather it is at the Bank, Forex or another money transfer company. Infact the Gambian money transfer agents have a better change and cost less. Try them if there is in your dwelling areas. Dalton1 please contact your bank because toubab1020 got the message from a toutist. |

Any one in Gambia exchanging Pounds to Dalasi how much are you getting at the moment ? The proofs in the pudding as they say!!
The Central Bank of The Gambia issued a press release on Thursday stating that they were instrumental in causing the dalasi to rise. They have been concerned about rising prices and a strong dalasi means cheaper imports and therefore cheaper prices. they state that the dalasi will continue to be strong for the forseeable future,
