Well England and Brazil are out to Portugal and France.
The French old players played brillantly.
Can anyone tell me:
Are the black French players from sengal by descent? T. Henry reminds me of Wollof Sengalese men I have met in Gambia. So good looking AND charming.......and he can play football too! WOW!!! I cna just imagine his dancing!!!! LOL. |

Gambiabev, hope your enjoying the footie...... Thierry Henry parents are West Indian ! He is married to Nicole from the Renault Clio advert.
We have a no-win situation this coming week of football - we have one Frenchman & one Portuguese female student living with us.
Lots more Va-Va-Voom & Oh-la-la! regards, sab.

almost the entire team is of african origin strangely. if they win the world cup it will be a shame considering the anti-immigration stance of the Interior Minister Nicolai Sarkozy
Patrick Viera is from Senegal, atleast that where he was born.his name sound like portugese and most likely from Cape Verde. i dont know where his father came from maybe Cape Verde. His mother is from Cape Verde. there are many people from cape verde living in the Senegalese capital Dakar. |

Cape V is supposed to be very beautiful, being promoted in uk as good holiday destination.
I hope France DO win the world cup. Perhaps the racists in France will have to challenge some of their attitudes when they acknowledge the success is down to African born people! Yesterday I htought they played the best footbll we have seen in the world cup so far.
