I totally agree with Oceanic Lad. It's the right thing to do inother for fair trials in The Gambia to prevail. Mercenary judges have too much powers within Gambian courts. Would the recent treason trials been more fair with a jury of their "peers" seated? Yes, in my opinion too.

Trial by jury is readily feasible in Gambia. Anything that replaces this gang of mercenaries is better. It is total surrender to assume that Gambian jury will be prone to corruption on a scale nearer what the mercenaries are capable of and deeply soaked in.

Unless tested and proven, it is unrealiable to assume it will fail to deliver.

An illegal regime will bank on manipulative judges.

Karamba, please, you can post what you like, but a new tune would be more interesting, than keep banging on and on and on with the same content put with slightly different words.
What would YOU do to solve the problems that you think exist in The Gambia.? We all would like to read your resolution to the myriad problems that YOU think exist, share YOUR ideas for discussion.

Toubab1020,

Is that another iron hand of dictatorial whims? What is there that I have stated so bad. After all I feel quite at ease to stay by my opinion at all times.

I will never ask you or anyone to delete/insert whatever your good mind directs. If there is anything frustrating, I can't help it.

"Delete/insert","another iron hand of dictatorial whims" I am not saying at all that you shouldn't write exactly what you want to,I am "observing",if I can use that word to explain my thoughts to you ,in that you appear not to offer your own solutions to what you point to as faults in an administration,I am sorry if you interpreted what I wrote in a way that was different to that which I intended.
