Monday, fighting corruption genuinely will take us a long way, but it seems the most difficult to contain... |

Maybe something like,"we are working on it at the moment, there is a lot of work to do until we can tell anybody".

Janko, fighting corruption is best started from the top. For example in Gambia, when any sitting leader desists from corrupt practices and punishes corrupt public servants, the scale of corruption is likely to reduce or die down.
Why so many public servants embrace corruption in Gambia is largely due to their confidence that serving the president's interest is more important than observing laws. Some of them take it that with the president indulged in corruption, it is normal for others to do the same.
Unfortunately for some of them, the president violently disowns them by throwing their lot in jail.
Charity better begin home. |

Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices. |

Janko Quiet good. Jammeh drove Transperancy International out of the Gambia. His imfamous slogan of Transperancy, probity and accountability has gone with the wind to Kanilai farm Inco. This world, on the whole, he is all for himself with our public money. Whoever fed on corrupt earning, his body is only fit for fire...

Corruption is not Jammeh problem. It is the problem of Gambian society. If Jammeh is gone today, nothing will change. |

Just listen to him? So when it is problem of Gambian society, it is ok for Jammeh to be part of it right? Then why did he have to take up arms to overthrow Jawara on something that is Gambian society problem? |
