Santa, I normally get my supply of 'top class' warga as you from Denmark. Far better quality than the ones I have seen here in Sweden. Maybe Momodou can get you some. |

Chinese Gunpowder is the best (the one in the green box)...I have tried ahmad green tea but its not up to the level of Gunpowder. |

thanks gainde, i asked a Gambian guy in my city today and he said i can get the best one from a chinise shop in a remote area of our city. so it meant the chinise one is the best. good suggestion though. mansa, the ahamad gun powder is just not good enough. |

'Temple of Heaven', a Chinese Gunpowder brand, is my favourite. It comes in a green box.
Kondorong, what does 1800 mean? |

kobo, i use to brew the temple of heaven one. but it is G602, 250g. it doesn't do the usual foaming. you know after several chura (pouring in and out of the glass) it should make a foam, which make it tasty. but i will check out the kondorong, sere and omega suggestions. good ideas. |

There is one that I now prefer over the original green packaged gun-powder and it comes in a yellowish or gold coloured package called 555. Try that one too if you can find it. It's really good. |

ksanneh, i asked few brothers about that brand but they say, it is mostly available in Scananavia, which means i will task momodou or gainde to send me one . or even yourself nyancho, if you live in scanavia. they say that 555 brand is the real deal. kaanibaa, coventry road is my favourite shoping place. there is a nice somalian take away on the left hand side when going to birmingham from coventry and london end. |

I drink ataya if I am offered, but have never had the patience to learn how to brew it. Sorry, I only know where you can buy kinkiliba, baobab and Bisap tea here. |

1800 series is a type of attaya called MBASS. Its not gunpowder but strong enough to pass for one but not potent as SADDAM. SADDAM is a local brand name of green tea that hardly looses its bitterness no matter how long you keep boiling it beyond the traditional three times servings.
If you want value for money, drink SADDAM. |
