I only hope that this ruling is government backed,there can always be adjournments of course so perhaps it isn't so radical after all but it will ensure that accused persons are seen in open court within 72 hours and not remain unaccounted for,have a read, it was in the D.O. so perhaps it will come about:

Only one person has any views at all,do Gambians not want to know about those who have been languishing somewhere without appearing before a court ? There are bantaba members who moan and groan about all things not being correct and blame everyone for Gambias problems one man has stated a firm view,what happened nothing!.
