Seems like there are some (2bab,meme,jambo,anna)
who think specifically my opinionated, critical, strong, agressive approach on issues scare some people away. I will not change my attitude because I do not believe I am doing anything wrong. I'll be floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee. And I will get up and stand up for my right, I will never give up the fight. I encourage those who leave to continue to post. Nothing is personal.

Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices.

You should wish you were so charismatic as Bob or so distinguished and eloquent as the great Ali .... however, just quoting their words isn't enough! Kolay gelzin and give us all a break .....

meme

I never said I am charismatic like them. I am just following their lead. However, if you ask me I will be nicer to you meme.

those I have listed who complain are still posting despite my aggresive approach. That means, they never left. But these people are speaking for someone else. They are making assumptions that people did left because of my approach. So far, I have not heard any gambians complained about my approach. And, admin did not send me a note for my style. I am wondering if there is anyone else, who left bantaba because of my approach?

Come on Bev, i'm sure you'll be posting plenty after you have come back from the Gambia!
Just like Kisley - she must have had a great time. I thought her posting was full of energy and humor.

Turk,

If ever in life a bull-cock was climbing trees, its feathers were cut so it can't fly. The fun here is too much for any one to leave because of you. It's just a shadow intended to make it look like. You must not let shadow disturb you.

But if for anything, Keep posting. You are fine in my eyes. Not that i agree totally with each and everyone. I have my agreements and disagreements. People are very busy at times...

Kisley,

thanks for the compliment & welcome back.

But in my opinion, you were little harsh on your last thread. At least neutrality, if at all any, requires one to iron the two sides well. But my adv to Turk is to move to something more fruitful. I have been too busy to follow all threads, but will post more later.

regards,
Dalton.

Truth? You wouldn't recognise it even if it jumped up and bit you and I for one am not wasting another second reading/replying to any of your deluded, self-gratifying, pathetic attempts at intellectual debate. "Warrior" don't make me laugh ... wake up and smell the coffee here .... no wonder the Gambians in your area weren't biting your hand off in their haste to 'join' your loyalty points get-togethers .... it's no mystery to those of us with even a quarter of a brain!
However, I'm sure your immense ego won't suffer much as I bet it's really difficult to see past those blinkers you wear(or the chip on your shoulder)so you'll no doubt plod on regardless ..... I just hope that you never return to Turkey as I've enjoyed many a holiday in that wonderful country and would hate to think of it being poisoned by someone like you.

Iyi gunler, Bantaba

meme. let me repeat. truth really reallhy hurts you. Once someone challenge your ideas in a debate your psychological defense mechanism have you play 'blame game'. You are the one portraying me radical islamist warrior. That truth come out. I am not radical islamist or warrior. My points were based on the science of politics, social democracy, liberalism- not religious fundamentalism. Then you come up with my personality: aggressive, rude blah blah. So let me tell you again. I am neither islamic warrior as you portrayed me once, neither aggresive. It is about the strong debate I presented to you and you did not come up with any valid counter-argument. Now your approach is INSULT. Anyway, to you it is poison that hurts. To others it is the truth that hurts.

TURK
"Phychological defence mechanism" = words put together in a string, not factual cannot be explained (not by me anyway... maybe you can )
"Science of Politics" such a science dosn't exist , all that happens, you promise things for the future and convince people that you are telling the truth in order to gain power ,when in power, you do one of two things, forget about the promise,or put the promise off until you feel that you will shortly loose power, start things off, then loose power, then blame the victor of crushing your planned promise, easy no science involved at all.

Thanks Toubab! Yes on POLITICS its all about competition, crises, conflicts, lots of double standards, inconsistencies, unsystematic, manipulation of circumstances, disoders and destructions of the orderly; on which the one-dimensional logic of modern science cannot explain
