Stalemate in SK East Cup Final

There was no winner in the Serrekunda East Nawettan knockout final between Maccassa and Bantaba on Sunday.
The hotly contested match ended in a goalless draw before it was rescheduled to another day instead of penalty shoot outs. It was a battle between the best strike force in the Nawettan and the best defence line.
Led by Omar Jassey (Waterman) upfront Maccassa terrorised defences of their opponents but this time Bantaba boasting with most formidable defence anchored by Emmanuel Mendy, was at their best to keep any threat from Maccassa at bay.
Maccassa having qualified for the final of the league championship too will play AC Milan on Sunday in their attempt to clinch double silverware. But they face a tough challenge from Bantaba and Milan who are also eager to finish the season on a high.
