SHEETS OF IDEOLOGY:
KAYJATTA.
That shadow over there Is a woman trying to cross the street She could have been in Baqhdad Or Kabul Somewhere in Saudi Arabia Or nuclear Iran Covered in sheets of ideology Of a world she can't have She sure has a great body She can't have it either I just want her voice

| Kobo,I agree, "it looks cloudy" is an excellent way of putting my thoughts into words, there are so many facets to this "poem" that I feel it is not discussable, everything is thrown in,and can be taken as meaning "all things to all men" a bit like the one hand clapping. |

Kay, initially i never wanted to post anything to your latest provocation. It is very ungambian, to see someone of a different belief provoking another. The Gambia has a strong tradition of religious tolerance, which no individual can change.
Kay, i know you are schooled, but then why do you act in a such a barbaric way? I thought your previous forwarding were accidental but am beginning to see that you are a man on a mission. Unfortunately it is your likes that are faning the fire of hate between Muslims and other denominations. I also doubt whether your claim of being is Muslim is true. Only a muslim hypocrite will behave in such way.
Here in the UK one trait that is endearing is their tolerance for the diverse cultures and religions that make up Britain.
Please desist frm such demeaning behaviour. |

Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices. |

KOBO: I have composed what might be a complex set of images and ideas in that poem, but I thought I was dealing with people of a certain level of.... If you can't piece it together, go to bed and sleep over it. Come back in the morning and tell me what come to your mind, and I promise we 'll go from there... |

| Understanding Kayjatta's poem requires a creative mind. Can't you see the woman walking there? He just wants to know how she feels about her life. |

Toubab! Many thanks and a pleasure to read over and over again that link forwarded; ...one hand clapping! to help with the 'state of mind and spirit', inspiring, to develope the intellect, un-cover riddles, settle conflicts peacefully and make dreams into realities. I will always DREAM for PEACE & STABILITY!
