I find this paragraph of great importance,if it is true it may well mean that for the very first time accurate facts can be collated and published by a respected source and not a publication that is linked with this power base or that powerbase,if it can be established what the cause of the conflict is then that will provide a starting point from which to try and solve a long standing problem,is the cause of the conflict a fight for independance,a hiding place for bandits, a base for insurgents who may be supported by this faction or that faction,the world just does not know,if accurate information can be established then causes can be known and solved,but as with so many problems in Africa accurate information is not available and things just rumble on,if there is no oil no diamonds or other valuable resources, the world couldn't care less and the people are forgotten,examples are many I am sure.
The Foroyaa newspaper has the chance to become world famous in journalism and reap big rewards if it can solve confusion.
