in the story of Yusuf Estes a revert into islam one will find a typical american arrogance to non-american cultures. at fisrt i was irritated by his attitude to his egptian business partner but then he puts it as a mental make-up from childhood. he is quiet a remarkeable man. the american higher culture looks at all foriegn cultures with deep suspision especailly the moos lims . he said as a preacher he said every destasteful words against islam .his co-preachers said even worst .then a catholic priest first became a muslim which even nearly give him shock ,the final blow was his wife who told him that i have also became a muslim .he said all of them are mad ,his wife and the priest . but he too later became a muslim ,he is currently on a lecture tour in england .may Allah open the hearts of many into islam. amen. |
