Tomorrow I am going to Tockwith show. It is a Yorkshire tradition that each place has an agricultural show. The biggest one is the Yorkshire show that lasts for 3 days. I am going to the smallest one at Tockwith. It has a web age if you google it?! I am taking my daughter Claire and the dog, Angel! She enjoys the day out because there are always lots of other dogs there.

Sunday morning I am doing my car boot sale at Rufforth. It starts VERY early. Why is that?!

Sunday night I am going to the local pub with my ex husband!
It is a charity auction. I dont know what charity for, but there are some good prizes and the pub has some nice people in it AND I can WALK, which means I can have a drink!!!

SO that's my weekend. But as a teacher, it is ALL one long weekend until September!!!!

Today - attend the demonstration in London and expect to be amongst thousands passing the US Embassy.

Mass action is a peaceful form of channelling the anger of the people.

The world would be a poorer place if it was peopled by children whose parents risked nothing in the cause of social justice, for fear of personal loss. (Joe Slovo - African revolutionary)

I am going to Edinburgh tomorrow to visit my daughter for the weekend. She is 21 on 28th August. She was born on my birthday ( I will be 46!). We are going to a couple of book festival events and are going to have a meal at a North African style restaurant called
Phenecia. It is in West Nicolson st and is lovely. I am taking her birthday presents from family.
I hope I can get there. York Station was hit by lightening and the trains are in chaos today!

In the evening IŽm meeting my two homegirls and weŽll go clubbin all night and on Sunday IŽll sleep all day...
Gotta party hard before I turn 30 and old
Have a nice weekend yŽall!

I'm going to my friend's 40th birthday party tomorrow. It's fancy dress and you REALLY should see my costume!

Am calling in at my sister's for a barbeque on Sunday. Looks like I'm going to need an umbrella though. The weather here in southwest England has been wet wet wet all week.

Congratulations in advance bring bad luck, so please don't use them until the 28. Tomorrow I would like to be in your place - I love Edinburgh! I will be working this weekend; a lot of things have to be prepared so that my substitute will get along while I am in Gambia.
