Many readers here, like me will be totally baffled by this article in The Point,normally a clear and concise posting on newsworthy events for public consumption,here though the author has in my opinion failed,also sorry to say the Editor.
I had no idea what the report was about and had to research it,if you dear reader knew, then you are a lot brighter than us normal people who can read normal words,the link that I found that will tell you exactly what a national ict is.*
I do wish that acronyms** were banned in newspapers for general public consumption.
