Legal argument has been rumbling along for a considerable time in this case,I wonder why so long ? I also wonder why 4PM was the time chosen to proceed a very odd start time for much evidence to be produced,unless it was selected ONLY for the judge to announce his YES Or NO RULING, and at that time also a date for a FULL continuance of the trial to a future date. It will be very interesting to hear what is said in court at 4PM on 30th October 2014.
"The case was eventually adjourned to Thursday, 30th October, 2014 at 4pm."
