I do hope that the illness at present being experienced by "the trial judge" is only going to be of a very short duration as the case in question appears to be In Legal limbo.
It would be much better in the interest of justice and truth that another lawful way for the case to proceed should be found very quickly.
"Ex. Protocol Officer’s case fails to proceed due to ill health of trial judge"
The Judge is ill .
