DAILY OBSERVER NEWS with an interesting judgement because only PRESIDENT JAMMEH APPEARING IN COURT TO TESTIFY could proof MATERIAL FACTS RELEVANT TO THIS CASE. For a different outcome or judgement what if Prosecution tendered a sworn affidavit from The President to clear any doubt that HE NEVER GAVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS TO SOLO BOJANG TO GRAB LAND IN QUESTION.

It is observed and should be put on record that justice is being served at Brikama Magistrates Court in all high profile political case since new Chief Justice sworn in. This case is one of them among other acquittals; especially UDP Youth Secretary Arrested - Ebrima Solo Sandeng and Court Acquits UDP 14











Kudos from everyone for Principal Magistrate Dayoh M. Small-Dago at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court for expediting justice in all three cases brought before him; WITHOUT FEAR & FAVOUR!

DAILY OBSERVER NEWS Magistrate Dayoh says police and the court work hand-in- glove

The principal magistrate at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court has informed police recruits that the court and the police work hand-in-glove to see that justice is done at the courts.

Magistrate Dayoh made this remark on Thursday at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court , as he addressed police recruits who were in the court to familiarise themselves with court proceedings. “If any of you finds himself in the prosecution unit of the force, you have to know that your duty is only to prosecute nothing more nothing less,” he told police recruits.

Magistrate Dayoh said “prosecution does not mean that every case a prosecutor brings in court will succeed in convicting that person.”...Full Report
