I pay tribute to one of my teachers, on Civics subject late Jogomai Ceesay who drills us to learn to our fingertips the definition of Civics as a science of citizenship, our knowledge of the governance of our society, authority, obligations, rights and empowerment for the citizen as governed by law and the constitution of its peoples'?
