Can I just tell you about a couple of students I know who are still waiting for their grade 9 results even though most students have already had them...
It seems the school they went to has had all its results withheld because many of the students seemed to have done "too well" in French and there is now an enquiry - so these kids are sitting at home without a place in school to start grade 10.
Is this normal practise? Wouldn't it be better to give them all their other results and just withhold French? Isn't it just possible that they had a very good teacher?
Am worried for them because they should be back in school by now!
