Now this is hysterical! I have laughed at this one till my tears ran down my cheeks, seriously. Especially this part:

He walked into the office of NDEA Deputy Director Khalilu Njie on Friday, and demanded to see Mr. Njie but was told by his Secretary that Njie was not in the office. NDEA Spokesman Ceesay said Mr. Jawo then tried to force himself into Mr. Njie office. He said Jawo dropped a plastic bag containing a black powder into Khalilu Njie’s office before proceeding into the office of Commissioner of Administration Biram Njie, where he dropped “charms” as well. He said Jawo was arrested without an incident".
