Ghana’s Winning Mechanism.
As we brace for Friday’s world soccer match between Ghana and Uruguay, I hope the Black Stars of Ghana will take note of the following winning mechanism. In my view, we are dreaming beyond quarter finals, so we compete to win.
I can easily see their coach trying to stress and focus on the following which is definitely a winning mechanism.
Defense –They should embark on an impenetrable defense that will ensure no leaks to the goalkeeper.
Scorers: The scorers should thrive for golden calls. They should channel themselves to the goal post without any waste of time.
Passes: Just like they did on their previous match with USA, they should play one touch passing. That weakens the opponents.
Mistakes: No mistakes to give the opponents any direct “penalty” kicks.
Ball control: Play the ball, and maintain a 60% ball control.
Good luck Ghana. Our thoughts and prayers are continually with you, especially at this time when the Black Stars are the only surviving players from the African continent.

Uruguay is a fairly winnable chance for Ghana. Beyond the quarter finals, there is a possibility of a win over Spain, but there is hardly any chance over either Argentina or Brazil. With all the injured Brazilian mid-fielders, I think Maradona's kids (Argentina) will take the 'Cup' (trophy) home. |

Bro Kay,
You greatly humored us again, leaving us suspended in thoughts with your nice analysis. I share the joke about maradonna, who believes his grandson is taking the cup home. I agree with that if we must take that cup to Accra, we must conquer Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil. Rough tubulents ahead for the black stars of Ghana like Bailo would have worded it. I guess it is ok to day dream, and work hard towards it. Lastly, I hope luck itself smiles on Ghana.
I wish you and all a happy July 4th. Enjoy the rest of the matches.
