school girls are paying for school, but it could be for books, school funds, uniforms, shoes, exams.
For all the schools I have been to now child has received free schooling, unless they are sponsored.
No sponsor means the pupil has to be pay.
People think it is at the high end of the schooling, last three years that it is expensive.
No way nursery fees are much high than some secondary schools.
