A billion dollars cocain haul in the Gambia!! Wow!! Did you believe me now Moe when i said The Gambia of today is Miami of the 60s? Annoying as it may sound to some, but i believe this is the biggest scoop of the decade for the Sheikh in the diplomatic world. To highlight the scoop is to say, A BILLION DOLLAR COCAINE BUST UNDER THE DIRECT STEWARDSHIP OF THE SHEIKH as NDEA chief. To top it all he personally requested the help of one of the most competent anti-narcotic forces in the world to help bring this bust into fruition. Only a biased opinion will deny the Sheikh his big day. This is a huge in the diplomatic world and right now the Sheikh can do no wrong in the eyes of nations this huge amount of drugs catch are primarily destined for. To make my point, almost every Western newspaper or television capture of this story finishes with "I have double zero tolerance for drugs" quoting the Sheikh's comment in March. Golo am na almet!!! Add this to the glowing IMF-Gambia report and top ten African Nations' finish in the World Economic Forums' Global Competitiveness Report among others, then you can begin to feel the man's thriving PR prowess. Considering the lucky break in this huge bust, when a suspicious neighbour 'snitched' on his Nigerian neighbour as a drugs dealing suspect led to a billion dollar cocaine seizure amidst growing international critism of his dictatorial tendencies, you just have to wonder, if the gods are smiling on the man or are they simply angry with Gambia just when the NDEA was tranferred to the President's Office? |

The Sheikh got his big day a long time ago King Shaka. This just helps solidify governments effort in curbing the menace that hit West Africa. "Hamnga sa Gai ye tooye leng" They are busy misinforming their fellow villagers like the clowns they are. I was wondering where you disappeared to but I think I know it was "DAAKA Paul" or DAAKA KAYJATTA" the brother is a palm wine tapper. You were absolutely right when it came down to your analysis of the drug menace in Gambia. You know there is a lot of "NGOOKA's" here Kitabul Arrer included . The NDEA ain't playing bro ,I told you the Sheikh is a miracle maker one shake of his special KUROUS the problem is solved. You know the "ALTOPEHS" are jealous of the Man but lets just reflect on his achievements in all the Portfolios he has taken over. Gambians nowadays have forgotten about electricity issues since lights out is at a minimal. Agriculture "NEHH RANDUL MA DOHH" I am pretty sure you have seen the IMF report and the so called rebound. I registered my disgust at Gambians when they decided to challenge the IMF reports as if Jammeh bribed the IMF. Gambians are really backward and uncivilized. They worshipped reports from IMF and other entities for almost 20 years and all of a sudden when it does not read in their favor, it is wrong. Gambians are the most "NYAKA FAYDA" CREATURES you have ever seen or met bro. The next time I start an opposition party I will have my whole village including my nephews and Nieces posted on the internet and spreading propaganda. "Dama Garuwalleh boys ye". Amidst all this rhetoric of growing international criticism of his dictatorial tendencies, trust me if researched, the outcome is going to be very interesting. you just have to wonder if thoroughly investigated is the Man really a dictator or is it the complex nature of the average Gambian due to factors like tribalism, Lack of education and a culture of "YAHALANTEH" "DUULL, SAA-CHA, AK RAMBARGE" in the name of God of course....................................................Peace |

Would have been some interesting craft work to see someone tear down what Mathew put together. I'd encourage that.

I Agree too, toubab1020. It's very irritating that, one can't open The GambiaEcho pages on multiple Tabs, like all other high profile websites allow. But their restrictions are futile, when it comes to copying material from the website. Anyone can copy anything from GambiaEcho by pressing a key or two. Makes me scratch my head......................lol!

Enough of the screen shot scenario, They are Gambia's most retarded should I say Pedophiles. Tell me one thing that is of substance in the these blogs, well wanna be newspaper. They are busy writing poetry and "a la long lettre". These clowns have to be fools to be writing these long irrelevant pieces with no head or tail. No body can really tell you what most of these clowns have to say or are trying to say. How many of you fools read all of Matthews writings , I for sure get bored after the first paragraph. Matthew lacks simple communication skills and I don't have to emphasize that his education is OBSOLETE and irrelevant. He is a true old Relic trying to compete with his fellow Vultures E.G Sankareh et al. There is a whole generation of losers in Gambia and their ages are between 35-55. They lack basic skills and their failures in life is portrayed in everything they say and do. Maybe they are scared that their invaluable photo spreads could be copied by other thieves like them .If you are looking for Gambian clowns online I can point them out if you like. Talking about drugs ,Which drugs? the ones confiscated by a joint task force or Imaginary scenarios............................................Peace |

Moe,
Where all these poor villagers lack skills, will you serve a suitable expert to substitute their weaknesses. It is amazing that in your workshop, everything turns into scrap.
You are real man of a movement. My vote stays.
It takes a journey many thousand miles to make this discovery of a genius your type.
Most worrying is that while all other people have no knowledge by your competent assessment, we are yet to get substitutes. I would rather people hang unto the Mathews, Sankarehs, Mbengas, Seys, and so on till your most able ones emerge. Otherwise, the load gets too heavy for you. I will still vote. |

I am a very busy man lately but i thought i'd give you a little something. Bubo Na Tchuto's welcome to the Gambia by the Sheikh was never for economic reasons but political. Granting him 'political asylum' in the Gambia was a direct retaliation to the late president Viera's unwillingness to repartriate Koukoie who was arrested in Bissau to the Gambia. This, despite Veira agreeing to do just that, with the Sheikh sending a handsome gift to Bissau. The Senegalese came in with a last minute hijack deal and Koukoie found himself in Dakar a free man. The death of Viera however changed Na Tchuto's fortune when the Sheikh chose to forge a friendly relation with the new regime. Suspecting that he is likely to be repartriated to Bissau as an apeasement to the current regime which wants him as badly as Viera, he scappered from Gambian soil and end up at the UN mission in Bissau. As usual Mathew is talking out of his backside, either out of ignorance or he chose to manufacture the facts. Opposing the Sheikh just for the sake of it is terrible and when laced with biggotry and prejudidce as Mathew is known to do, then it is sick.quote: Originally posted by Karamba
