Somebody like you would have kept it and worshipped it everyday. "Di tuhh rekk" ak sa haritt tey Badahbullet-ye". both tantalizing and tempting .............................................Peace quote: Originally posted by Kitabul Arerr
The tiny and impoverished West African nation of the Gambia's image is tarnished! But the smell of $30b Dalasi worth of illegal & illicit "goods" is tantalizing. I don't care whoever or whatever one is, this amount is tempting................lol!

OK, Moe. A different viewpoint.............. Over $1bn worth of cocaine seized in Gambia: http://jollofnews.com/over-1bn-worth-of-cocaine-seized-in-gambia.html #7 Omar b 2010-06-08 23:17 Here they are eating ,dancing and drinking away millions in Kanilai in the name of culture and for promoting Gambia as a cultural destination for visitors, while underneath it all drug barons are putting us on the world map as a drug transhipment point.
There are suggestions that some defendants in the drugs trials are angry and knowing that they possibly face decades in prison, they are ready to implicate the Professor himself. Some believe this was why extra charges were added so these people would never have the chance to get out and tell their stories or reveal locations of hidden drugs.
It is a big mess in Banjul, truly.

Bakka The diasporan March Organizer? Riddles demand an answer, Moe, but this one beats me.................................................................lol! Let's just move on, cautiously, with the stigma, [cocain peddling nation], cast on our collective conscience, because of some lowlifes' greed. |

lemon time more than alarm bells, look at the bigger picture, aid/ investors are looking at gambia in a good light. Witness the opening of the American Chamber of commerce. Then next week. $1bn worth of hard drugs are seized in the country that you just opened shop in. i do not believe that this is the only drugs problem in gambia. Watch this space, they will be taking to the villages and going on "long holiday and travelling". |

Shame to all those who ever tried polishing the dirtied image of Yaya Jammeh about his drug dealings.
Looking for facts? Don't go any further.
Those drug dealing bandits who wrecked other African countries easily identified the weak spot on Jammeh's economic nerves. For a fact they knew the fellow took up arms to get rich quick. They have been in the game long enough to induce a poor hungry-for-money gun man into illicit affairs.
From 1994 till this day, drug dealing is no new business at state house level. Confident about the regular flow of drug money, where did Jammeh tell Gambians was his source of wealth?
Corruption, corruption, corruption! Yes, corruption!
That's the other name for Yaya Jammeh. Every long journey has an end. Today, Gambians have to stop self denial and to openly disown anyone who reduced that once fine name of the country to what it is worst known for, thanks to Yaya Jammeh. Gambians have to disown Yaya for his dirty role in tarnishing the country's image.
Poor as Gambia ever has been, but people proudly banked on peanuts and tourism for minimum annual income even at hand-to-mouth level.
We don't have to search for crooks that ruined Gambia in last 16 years. They are exposed.
By disowning his friends at hour of despair is no wise option for Yaya Jammeh. He should be man enough to declare his role in the whole drug dealings and stop hiding behind smoke screen.
One day the whole truth will come up and that will render more shame to Yaya and all those blindly seeking to deceive others.
The truth will delay but no doubt the truth shall prevail in the end. |
