Truevoiceofbakau, if u people in Gambia cant see the handouts to the country, how do u expect Gambians living thousands of kilometers away to see a glimpse of it?

Taiwan is not being genuine and honest with the Gambian people. The government of Taiwan should be more transparent with it dearlings with the government. Otherwise when jammeh is deposed any incoming government should refuse to repay any debt provided during jammeh's time.

Secondly, all deplomatic ties with Taiwan should be cut off after jammeh because of lack of integrity on their side.

Taalibeh, nothing is absolutely free in our human world, there is always a dividend. Taiwan secedes from mainland China and buys support ( Gambia being one of her purchases) for her secession. Taiwan hobnods with with Yaya(Gambia) to solicit support.

That is it. Taiwan i presume is a better democracy and I expect their government to be more morally oriented in their dealings with us.

They are exploiting our weakness. They are effectively financing yaya's strategy of surpressing the society. yaya probably would have finished but for Taiwan. They are his life blood now. After yaya we need a lot reform and reorganisation to do.

Situations that will give rise to presidential misbehaviours like this should not be allowed to happened again. Absolute power must never rest on any one individual again in our history. Constitutional reform and executive hierarchy should be looked into to eleminate the possiblity of one man having absolute over every one else.
