Damn why you gotta be like that Dalton,I just wanted to know what you mean ,so being loyal should gaurantee one's job even when you are incompetent and lacking. I keep hearing you make statements like "oh he is a pious guy" etc ,what does pious got to do with incompetence Dalton , Ya'll all sound like "Gaewells" i swear. worry about the three inches of snow and stop calling me Zimba that's Dembish.

Agree on this one: Lang was competent when he helped foiled last alleged coup. How about that?
What a poor judgment fellow Jammeh is then. It took him 15yrs odd yrs to consider him incompetent. You know well that sounds like something right there...

Dalton there is a saying in soccer "play the ball and not the man" Soldiers living in sub-standard conditions is the responsibility of the military leadership. I do not care if Lang is an angel; he abdicated his responsibility when he allowed his soldiers to live in sub-standard conditions.
Military Officers are thought not to eat or sleep unless their soldiers do first. He cannot be in charge of the Army when he is living comfortably and driving in nice vehicles when the men and women he is entrusted with are living in sub-standard conditions. AFRICAN leaders throughout history failed to care about the people they are entrusted with.
The president cannot do it all; I know MOE will use this against me for the rest of my life but oh well. Sometimes I tend to understand the president’s actions. In order to understand some of the things the president does you have to look at his back ground and professional training.
The mind of a Military officer is shaped to make decisions in the fast and hurry i.e. battle. The eastern and western style of decision making does not have a place in our leadership manuals. When he visited the barracks and saw the conditions of the soldiers he acted on impulse; that is to fire who ever was tasked with ensuring a better living conditions of the average soldier.
