Some of the stuff is a bit wordy and dull but quite interesting non the less,but maybe not the subject for a discussion but general interest perhaps.

Snippet.
A new paradigm shift has taken place in the spectrum of taxation and tax management due to the change in nature of traditional tax departments from mainstream government’s Ministries of Finance into semi-autonomous Revenue Authorities to provide better tax-oriented services. This change is meant to put tax departments into a more customer-focus and service delivery to the public. Interestingly, tax education has become a new form of informing, empowering and imparting tax knowledge to the taxpayers. Inherently, this makes tax education to be a fundamental tool that has the propensity of shaping people’s compliance attitudes and behaviours in understanding their tax obligations and rights.
