2bab,
factual observation.

In today's Gambia, bizare is a common thing. Don't expect Daily Observer will break such news to us, just an additional thought.

thanks,
yj

Hmmmmmmm.........Maybe in this case, 1 thought + 1 thought = 2 thoughts. (i.e. 1+1=2)

toubab, mass arrest is like a tea party in the Gambia now. Hardly anybody take it seriously unless it has some deeper constitutional violation. Whether reported or not there are mass arrest in Gambia every single day.

As a matter of fact being arrested and sent to jail is no longer a disgrace but a pride in the Gambia. The worst criminals don't get arrested. That is the fact on the ground.

Be rest assured that there are reporters on the ground in the Gambia who are filing these reports. Much credit to those brave souls.

Regards

Is Hon. Suku Singhateh back into the Gambia? Is he contemplating filing for asylum based on a "lifestyle orientation"

Alright Terangba ,Once again ya'll got the situation jerked up ,here we have National Assembly Members arrested for spreading false information not only to the media but The President himself and ya'll have the audacity to question their arrests.

Well once again the perpetrators are from North Bank Division, hmmmmmm, You have to understand the capacity of a governor and his role in any given division, putting it mildly they are Presidents bro, First of all they Lied against their President and it's a clear cut case of whats typical about Gambians.

This was witch hunting 101 and it's very obvious that they collaborated their stories to get him fired. This is exactly how facts are misconstrued. Do you care explaining this

"Hon. Singhateh told his colleague, that Governor Edwarr Seckan has threatened that he (SUKU) will die before the end of this rainy season. Singhateh asserted that as the Chairman and Desk Officer of the APRC in the North Bank Region, it was his responsibility to select the speaker to address public meetings during the President’s annual nation-wide tour."

Personally speaking,I would not hesitate to arrest them due to their unprofessional and mischevious behaviour, Instead of figuring out the reasons leading to the firing of most public servants ,ya'll busy casting blame. Gumbo Disco aka Kemo Cham is your casing point ,what happened after he made a run for it..................................................Peace
