Ok. Behold the debate. But then again since it is your original conception, why don't you break the day.

Wrong. I do not belong to tribalism, i belong to a tribe. One among many in the Gambia, where one tribe does not impose its dominion over others. Therefore you(anybody) are significantly dangereous when you try to describe government order along the contours of individual tribes. Who is appointed minister is less significant to how qualified they are for the job. Therefore the argument that appointments to the civil service should be proportional to tribal demogragphic lacks merit. People who argue in such lines are small minds.

Many African are in total denial about tribalism, even though we all belong to one. If tribe is mentioned you are simply leballed as tribalist or backward minded, yet still it is affecting us every day.

Shaka,
Who is appointed minister is less significant to how qualified they are for the job.

That I totally agree with, nevertheless human nature being what it is the person giving the jobs is likly to be swayed by nepotism

Sorry to inturrupt the flow of this discussion Jangjang your turn!!

"Simple is good" & I strongly dislike politics. You cannot defend the indefensible.
