There are variouse scams as we all know in all tourist destinations Here are a couple of more unusual ones I heard about in Gambia. At a realy good price a guy was offerd some splifs,I think its called that? from a guy who is in cahoots with the police. But he says he must do the transaction at your place your staying so no one can see the transaction. Shortly after the police turn up and search you and your room when they find the spliffs they tell you you will go to prison for dealing in drugs them proceed to demand megga bucks not to take it further. This happened to some Liberian workers.
Another one was a guy was approached by a lady and at a good price offered sex (A standing d--k has no conscience) when she got back to the room demanded lots of money or she would call the police or military and and accuse him of rape. who would take a chance on that with the reputation of corrupt military/police so he paid up. You could say both deserved it but who are we to gudge. who exploits who. Anyone know of any other unusual ones
