Karamba your comments are unsubstantiated nonsense back them up with some facts including credible sources and give us an indepth example of how the Gambian Government has stole all the money in the country.
By the way Karamba your long absence from Gambia is showing because anyone who hasn't been to Gambia for six months can see transformations happening all the time. Now its obvious that if you have been there for a considerable amount of time. You wouldn't have a clue to how much money's been spent let alone access to records inward investments.
Kay, yes I agree with you it is far better that Jammeh takes his annual leave at home rather than flying to the UK like Jawara. You forgot to mention Jawara brought his own house in the UK with whose money one may ask?

Dalton your claims are so sensationalist really talking about exaggeration. Cyberspace fantasies are one thing but when was the last time you went to Gambia to evaluate the situation for yourself. Come on you are supposed to be a Journalist, so how come you have done any investigations on the ground for yourself and called for an interview with the president to put your allegations to him? The veil you are covering yourself with is slipping off your face and for credibility sake Gainako should be there on the ground ready with up-to-date first hand Journalism to inform Civil Society rather than innuendoes and regurgitated clap trap.
I’m sure you're capable of delivering better quality Journalism. At least Dalton have the strength of your convictions brother. Another thing dalton could you point out to me any Head of State in the world who didn't end up more wealthier in power compared when they were on Civi street?

| sister,am not dalton.with regard to your question about head of states getting rich.example if got job driving a cab and then change jobs to be a manager,of course i be richer by the time i leave that post BUT i not be a million times richer in just 15 years.you be if take state money and bribes to buy a hotel and rob the gambians of any dime they are unaware of.please tell doctorproffessor that there is no allah's bank while you are in gambia. |

| I accept that others can come in defence of Yahya on this forum otherwise it would have no spice . Good food needs to be spiced up so please allow Sister Omega to do just that and that way we can balance the opinions . On the other hand I am in the same camp with the opponents of the rogue regime and would castigate it; I mean the regime for any perceived ills visited on my country and its people, for instance the recent jailing of those gallant journalists. The tag on our soldiers used to be "our Gallant Soldiers" of the GNA but that now rests on the shoulders and lapels of the journalists because the former has abdicated their responsibility of defending our nation whilst the latter took it on albeit unpaid for and even getting jailed for being just that; gallant.Long live the Gambian Journalists! Having to "publish APRC misappropriation of funds", no not my task. By the way, are you telling us that APRC is another extension Jammeh's long chain of names.
There is serious confusion in your lame views of this Jammeh fellow. What you think of him is yours in total. However, you have no power to crush the grain of truth about his misconducts.
On my limited part too, all that is practical is to keep injecting life doses in the truth about Jammeh being the biggest bandit to ever emerge on Gambian soil. I may not be vast enough in resources to publish details as you choose demanding. More competent persons are in better position to do so.
Before we proceed further, do we take it face value, your implied statement that APRC is the same as Yaya Jammeh? Does that also extend to the situation where Gambia is Yaya and Yaya is Gambia? Unless that confusion is corrected in the thick head of Jammeh, he will take everything in Gambia as his personal belonging. No wonder, the infatuation disgracefully manifested by General Jammeh.
Where do you stand with the ugly history of how Chief Jammeh robbed Gambians by force of guns to becoming what he is today? |

You call Jammeh a thief and a bandit but you have no evidence neither the inclination to back up your allegiation. Well thank Our Creator for small mercies that he gave the power to the Gambian Head of State to be a man of action than a armchair critic in cyberspace. Who has no intention of returning to Gambia but feels that he has the power to dictate to Gambians who should be their Leader.
At least the Incumbent is spending his vacation at home enjoying what the country has to offer. Just maybe when you've regrown your spin and found the courage Karamba, you'll take a leaf out of Jammeh's book and take a vacation back home! You never know a vacation may just be the tonic needed to reinvigorate your ramblings and give them some much needed coherent orientation at least some vision to engage more readers to this site.
By the way Karamba, it's not wise to believe all the Anti-Jammeh posts on this site, normally the reality on the ground is quite different from all these Doomongers with their hidden agendas online. Who are tainted with their own baggage but still inflexible thinking quite often leads one with very limited choices. It would just be interesting to get some of your views of Gambia today from your own prespective rather than all this superficial bravado.

Are you in a bid to extend the long bench of Jammeh's kangaroo (il)legal courts to squeeze confessions from people? Your assumptions can be misleading. You need a therapy to recover from this Jammeh hysteric folly. Do you know how many times one goes or does not go one place or the other, including Gambia? Sounds like you are happy that Jammeh with his matchets is sitting by the borders of Gambia to arrest and to chop the head of any Gambian who refuses being deluded, once they arrive.
In trying to balance your pattern, it goes much harder. For one element is persistently dominating. That element is your passion to back this Jammeh fellow.
Trust this one, though. The day you recover from impacts of this Jammeh passion, you will make the best person of yourelf.
It is quite amazing that persons of high intelligence can be so badly misled as you are. May be, there are things least informed of us need knowing and you can help share. |
