Little people See the world Through magnified lenses Hear the sounds Through amplified speakers See them wither in the heat Of this crowded world Which has shrunk to a tiny globule The little people left unawares They speak in high tones Shrilling their presence to others psyches To them the world belongs So all most pander to their whims and caprices
Little people Like to boast See them show off their muscles and brawn In any tussle verbal or physical They shall not be thwarted from their quest To be seen as the biggest of all Hear one tell some shy goon Do you know who I am I will teach you a lesson !
Little people Of this world Are such punks Like the nosy packers of yore Who try to outshine each other on the peaceful malls Where people go to enjoy the peace That they always rudely send packing in shock Leaving normal people bewildered By their audacious insolence The unruly thrust to hold every one else to ransom In their tiny dark minds Sit monstrous ideals Making them believe they own the world Bloated egos serving none but the I persona
Giant only in their own minds They shuffle around the erstwhile peaceful abodes Awakening the bees from their hives Who normally seek for flowers for honey Now set upon innocent folks To sting and shock Little people cause trouble Caring not who they harm If that means getting attention Which gives them immense joy It has nothing doing with stature But the nature Of their minds Sick devious fiends
Did any one see gorillas beating their chests when they feel that their territorial boundaries were being trespassed. You never cease to be amazed by the uncanny similarity in some humanoid traits here and elsewhere being so crudely displayed. This is a free world wide web and trying to control it , by any means would to my mind be an exercise in futility. Those who try doing so face a mighty task and nearly always find that they are beaten to the goal post and therefore left dazed and lost . We shall not be fazed or scared off this site by any bullish pranks or bullying insults or threats, whilst maintaining civilized discussions of issues pertaining to our Fatherland. This is our right, No one loves it more than us and we shall meet all challenges on those lines, wishing to ensure that peace and tranquillity returns to the Gambia. Some would deem these postings as unpatriotic but that is their opinion and only that .We also love our country and wish it well but coating quinine with honey does not hide the fact that it is bitter, one just need to suck it to get the real taste lying beneath. We appreciate the strides made on the ground in the areas of infrastructural development , can we also have full democratic development with press freedom and judicial impartiality etc. Until then this struggle continues and let the bullying continue we shall not be moved ."Just like a tree surrounded by the water we shall not be moved"
T1020 (Tee one zero two zero) , when one writes at times it comes as a brain wave and even the writer at times may not understand the full import of the writing , it could be that some one else would be in a better position than I to do this so I rest the case for now .However I see you follow my postings here and there perhaps you have picked up a clue so why not come up with a suggestion as to what spurred me thus; eh!
