If it is to be challenged the following will occur:
EITHER-

Jammeh re submits it within 90 days in a varied form...

OR

If it is appened (with his signature), then it is open to be challenged.

Now time is NOT on Jammeh's side:
1. The AU is upon him
2. The Courts will go to recess soon--which means that if it is to be challenged it will probably take place over the summer, thus an injunction will be sought. If we get that...then the Law cannot be enforced until it has been ruled upon by the Supreme Court--which could be sometime either in LATE 2006, or early 2007. So we have some ways to go before the show down. It was silly of Jammeh to table this at this time anyway. Remember the media Bill (it took almost three years to ram through the NA, and they ALL voted for it, except 3 members). This one was much harder due to the constitutional requirements and the numbers issue.
