Oh mighty God
In your infinite wisdom
Resides the knowledge of the future
Whereby you see what lies ahead
Which we lesser beings have no way of doing
Hence I pray to you Oh Lord
To grant our leader a forgiving heart
So that he can tolerate his people
To grant him some wisdom
So that he can lead us wisely
Grant him foresight
So that he can guide us to success
Grant him peace
So that he can let his people alone
To live in peace and harmony
Grant his rule success
So that the nation prospers under his reign
Make his people accept him fairly
Judging his deeds and forgiving his mistakes
Being human he surely can make errors of judgement
But Lord make him a better person in that seat
That he does not misrule or mistreat us his people
For that may lead us to rebellion
Causing mayhem and lack of harmony
Grant the nation peace and bounties from your grace
In all this we ask that you make us
A nation of good people
From the leader to the last man standing
Who respect each another
Wishing the best of everything for our mutual benefits
That we as a people can be an example of national cohesion
In all humility I pray that you Oh Lord
Accept this humble prayer
Amen
