| We all know that Moe but quite a clever move for if the compound is a family compound and maybe has tenants too then how can it be proved that this man put the bag in the tree or indeed the bag was his? |

Toubab1020, I think it is a clever move, but it is not likely to fly with the court. The 5 bundles, the 19 percels and the 4.80g found on him will all be analysed and hopefully they will all point to the same source. I think also that the 4.80g found on his person is substantial in linking him to the others (5 bundles and the 19 percels). if forensic technology is available in the Gambia, that could also nail him ...

Kay you know he already admitted to the little "BAKS" of 4.80 ,he can claim that he is a smoker and the rest of the bundles well he is not the only one living in the compound better yet the tree top. He could have bought the 4.80 g to smoke from someone in the compound ,you know he can't snitch his source out and by the way we don't have the technology to study the similarities in the different strains of Weed to ascertain if the weed is actually the same.
