The dead body of a British national was found at Denton Bridge yesterday morning around 9.30am this paper has reliably learnt.

The body was said to have started decomposing.

Jonathan David Poole reportedly went missing last Wednesday evening.

Mr. Poole was said to be living in a boat at The Denton Bridge in Banjul and was last seen between 19.00hrs and 19.30hrs.

Sources say a couple discovered the boat in which Mr. Poole was living floating without him and they reported the matter to the police.

The body is reported to be at the mortuary at the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital (RVTH) at the time of going to press.

MY Condolences go to the family and friends of Mr Poole.May he rest in Peace.

Is Mr Poole's death considered suspicious?, even if it isn't then I should have expected that there would be a post mortem examination, and depending on the findings an inquest.I hope that the authors of the article will follow future developments.

How David's body and a boat he stayed in set apart is a question deserving good answers.
