Being an offer is not an issue.The offering is every where.Some societies are more prosmis... but What we need is laws/rules to curb such offers. And i think is universally accepted that is way any decent society make rules.
salimina, how is this for a suggestion GAMBIA/NS MAKE THE RULES, if the words are written, spoken or somehow conveyed to the tourist about standards of behaviour and dress code, then there is no mis understanding, but i still do not see any signs of this. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.
