This is based on the intelligent report.

As China and India (50 percent of world population) is getting stronger) and Russia (almost same geographical size as total of Canada and USA) getting back to old soviet times, the world's power structure will change.

It may be good that USA can't abuse its power and there are power balance checks by other countries. Or the situation will get worse as there will be more competition for power.

Obviously countries like Brazil, Mexico, Iran, Turkey, Indonesia will be more assertive in their foreign policies with as their power increases.

What kind of world do we expect?

For example, as the economic power shifting from America/Europe to Asia Pacific, Gambia will suffer from this most opposite to eastern african countries which will potentiall benefit from the economic shift. Maybe western african countries, unification is the only way to reach Indian ocean to survive in the future.

Global Warming and increase in world population will cause food/water shortage that will cause more conflict, particularly in Africa.

Any prediction what the world look like in 50 years?

diaspora! Too many Chiefs and Very Few Indians.

Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices.
