Interesting programme tonight on BBC 1 Tonight 8.30 Panorama Sorious Samura visits Uganda and his former homeland of Sierra Leon to expose the ways in which forein aid is lost, stolen or fritted away and offers solutions to the problem on the ground. Maybe some lessons to be learnt for Gambia
