CLOUDS Dark clouds hanging in the air What winds blew them I wonder are they good Hovering thunder and lightening Persistently pouring down Causing deluges and mayhem Our poor hovels flood Our food baskets wasted Our field rut
Dark clouds hanging over head Signaling rain Perhaps we can dear hope Fear overtaking this scope We sit in our huts Listening to the wild winds blow Outside waiting to be exposed Dripping showers we do not need
For many rains They hover and stay looming These clouds of calamity Refuse to budge Their advent heralded doom The appearance of a cat in a hen house Disrupting the usual peace Taken this for granted we cry No problem!with conviction Suffering in silence We accepted our fate Our lot a not very happy one
We have heard of these winds As they visited other lands The horrors and sorrows It left behind numbed the mind Now that it has come visiting us We of force most live Through the hard times Never giving up hope That these winds of calamity Would move on Leaving us at peace again That we can the rebuild our lives

A dark mighty cloud rose, Over the distant sky layers, Covering the Sun at day, And the moon at night.
Dark skies, not mercy rains, Rains of blood, fear and terror; War against human decency, Rolling millions of human heads.
In the East, started the blood rains, And it crept to the Western, Central, Northern and Southern, And now circulated everywhere.
Extremists of all folks, The religious, the pagans; And the selfish world leaders, All for greed and supremacy.
The IL prepares the final blast, To shatter empty-headed Pharaohs, Ever created wraths of e*** omen, At once, human indecency will be over.

I long since shared your frustration which let to my writing of the above poem, almost three years ago. Clouds are supposed to mean hope for refreshing rains, but not as in your poem. It is the opposite.
Regards, Dalton

| the stream is full bro, and soon enough we shall get to it to quench our thirsts, for freedom ,justice and peace for every one.it is for me very offensive to stay silent, we ain't dead yet but even after death we shan't be silent, our writings will keep piling th pressure, keep it up, my friend. |
