If prayers would be of any help I hereby offer mines for a favorable turn of fortunes for our Scorpions, gosh! we do need badly need to stop them Lions now!The match was so exciting and watching the boys play I have to say that they earned my respect so I wish them better luck in Dakar. |

Don't mind me Madiba, i was listening to the RTS commentary and it turns out the Senegalese commentators did not know their Idi Sonkos from their Mustapha Jarjus. Add that to the poor internet pictures especially the first half when then sunlight was too bright and you will see how i got it wrong. The internet screen size was about the size of a bloody teabag. Anyway i was disappointed with boys in the second half though. Qualifications from these tournaments are usually determined by the games you win at home, therefore when opportunities come against a bigger team, like playing against ten man Senegal for more than 45 minutes, if you don't take those chances you don't qualify simple as that, not especially if you are in the same group as African football giants like Algeria and Senegal.. But i can take heart from the first half performance which was simply awesome. If only Jarjue and Demba tooks their chances. |

Shaka sure will. As rightly pointed out, the commentaries with regards to names and positions was awful.
