the daugther of the guy who started Abuko Nature Reserve has died recently. she ran one of the longest/most successful chimpanzee camps in Africa (in The Gambia).
Her story is very similar to that of Jane Godall and Dian Foseey whose life inspired the Gorillas in the Mist movie.
this family have contributed a lot towards conservation.
