The barrel price for crude oil has hit a record high of $100. The US has refused to diffuse or mitigate the impact. The US once again manifests her global terrorism, by increasing the suffering in the world.

The rally cry for an African union , moreso economic bloc is more relevant today than ever.Africa has a heavy presence in OPEC such as Nigeria, Gabon, Equitorial Guinea, Angola, Cameroon, Tunisia, Mauritania etc etc. We could have struck a reasonable equilibrium in such crisis.

Senegal is considering how to deal with the emerging situation. They either have to subvent or let it have direct impact on the conmy and people hoping that the situation is just temporal.
