Very nice but I wonder if the whole project will go smoothly and will the loan be repaid to the lender on time ?,have a read and see what you think,Street lights for everybody very nice too!!( I am just popping down the market to buy some candles ) NAWAC's track record is far from good,in all spheres:

Good news! I would suggest NAWEC offers some apprenticeships as a part of this project so that the street lighting can be maintained and assist in job creation on the ground. NAWEC apparently has got better since AU Summit last year but it is still far from being up to scratch. That's why it would be good for some experts to be seconded in on the project .and that at least 51% of the workforce were Gambians. So that in the future that more of the country can have street lighting the workforce would be locally available.
