I just visited the D.O. webpage courts section and note that publicised cases shown there have been suffering delays,lawyers not attending,etc,is the courts system slipping back to where it was? adjourning everything for months?

"Simple is good" & I strongly dislike politics. You cannot defend the indefensible.

Toubab1020,
I think the gentleman is some kind of right.The only thing you cannot buy from some government officials,is life extention.

This reminds me of one police officer who would only take you to the station if you failed to give him something for your offence.He can then accept from five dalasis to any amount.

Justice is not only sleeping in the Gambia but vertually dead ready to be burried! cause even when granted, it depends on the big man to honour it or disregard it at will.
