His worship Moses Richards has had my vote for a long time now,I think he was probably the ist of this new wave of Magistrates who had common sense and made decisions,some VERY tough but I felt always fair,given the evidence he had presented before him.

"Simple is good" & I strongly dislike politics. You cannot defend the indefensible.

Going through things again,I was a bit shocked by this headline and thought that I would investigate further,I re-read the piece and if you read it you will see that he headline is WRONG,the defendant could get 6 months plus 6 months making 12 months not YEARS.A Mammoth typo by the Point here!
