I want to start brainstorming and discussion to set up a project as follows
1. Find a volunteer recent graduate or experienced professional that would work in Gambia. For example an agriculture engineer, nurse, doctor, imam, teacher etc. volunteer for government agencies in the Gambia.
2. Work with the government agency to create a small project for the intern. Any contact with Government?
3. Provide accommodation etc.
4. Finance the costs.
Anyone has experience on this. Or any idea is welcome. I am envisioning to involve interns from Turkey, Australia or Canada.

Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices.
