news have it that a bonified police officer told our president to stop being corrupt .our head of state is openly an extravagant man .he is full of life .from a poor military officer to the bufon he is today .are our foni masses ,are you happy that you have rich neigbour in kanilai ? are you happy dalton? the man from foni .
yahya is rich today ,but can't that wealth be from his salary which i believe close to D30000 a month .D30000 times 12 with added per de .plus gifts and no rent to pay ,no bills ,no car insurance ,no food to buy .notthing to spend his money .except the gifts to the army ,school children and some times spraying dalasis to crowds .but for real the man is bulafaton rich ,he is loaded guys and what can you do about it ?
he is being ruling now for about 14years .lets do the maths .14years times 12 months = 168 months .this times on average his salary D28000 per months =D4,704,000 .that is yahyas average earnings for the 14 years of being the president .now what about his garden ? what is that farm worth ? it is a private business so we cannot have any access to the transactions of that farm ,so we have to let that go .what about his hummers ? reliable sources heard it that one was bought for $50000 .convert that to dalasis .$50000 at average dollar dalasi rate $1-D25 .the total $50000 * D25 = D1,250,000. this amount is more than yahya's one year salary .but he can afford this since the man doesn't spend his money on any thing . h did he yahya took out a loan to start his farm ? hmmmm . what about his flanbouyant dresses and frequent hajj ? is that from his pocket or taiwan ? one of yahay's nhetee abdou will cost over D4000 .this is a guess .but who pays for this cloths ?
the question now arise ,was the brave police officer right to tell yahya '' you are telling lies to gambians ,you are corrupt ? all those who believe the officer was right say hi and give your reason and all those who believe the police officer is wrong say no and give your reasons . alabaraka .

Brother Santan, without a doubt I will vote (hi). Nothing could hide the fact that majority of those active in Jammeh's farms are doing so without their personal will. This is pathetic and sad. The whole thing just confirmed President Jammeh's naked ambition, serving not his country but his meddling ego. This egocentric, self-promoting man is domineering, bloodyminded and bossy thinking only of his own interest and feelings, taking advantage of our nation and its fragile people.
If the story of the police officer is anything to go by, then be rest assured the officer's action is suicidal for the fact that he will dearly pay for those words directed to Jammeh but history will judge the poor man as a true hero one day. |

Hi all, I'm great admirer of thegambiaecho.com and its publisher but i think, the story would have been more credible if he have some attributes.Or yet still the name of the officer, for he,according to the same report had already been arrested.

| I think the claim that an officer told the Chairman that is far fetched. It does not fly with me at all , pending more evidence. |
