The Civil Servce is now an interesting organisation. The Chief Cleaner now issues Press Releases over the National Radio requiring Civil Servants to report for duty.
What has become of the Office of the Secreatary General? It looks like we have too many Chiefs and very few Districts. I am sure the likes of Langley are turning in their graves.
Since when did we have the title of Chief Cleaner. This position never rung a bell. |

I tried to make a small joke,a cleaner cleans things to make them shine like new again,I tried to make a funny by implying that this post was created to clean up other peoples mistakes, so they would'nt have to take the blame for things that go wrong. |
