Ils sont bon marché ..... But please if you are going to offer Scotch Eggs then give them the correct title .... merçi millefois!

Where are you selling? It seems the prices are in Euro. MOst if not all dishes are Local Gambian or Senegambian.

Thanks for the Scotch Eggs, how about Plasase, am not sure, i like to be rectified.

Eve, if I knew what Plasase was I would help ... as much as I love cassava I can only think of a dish like foufou or tapioca which uses pounded cassava .... sorry!

Eve, I know it as 'Plasas', but 'Plasase' is probably correct in French:

MeMe, this link gives you a recipe for Plasas/Plasase. Try it when you are in Gambia (or try to cook it), it is very tasty!

When are you going to open your restaurant? Hope it will be there this autumn since I´m planning to come to Belgium for short visite. I think those prices are ok and I will come by your place. Good luck with everything!

Well i've started it in my home as take away, am driving it to the people's home, when you live very far, i can't drive it, sorry, it's easy going, to find shop, is not that easy, but they promise me one at Verviers, hopefully i will get it, but for the opening, i will invite all members in bantaba, foods are free and just buy the drinks.
